8. Dale Chihuly
One of the Northwest's best glass artists, Chihuly is the genius behind these unusual, organic, sea creaturesque forms. I was at City Center in Seattle over the weekend and happened to stumble across one of his Persian installations on the 2nd floor.
It's amazing what he has done with glass.
